Smart Services Business Center - City of Alexandria
SilverKey Technologies was awarded the project - funded by the USAID and co-managed with Deloitte - for automating the Licenses and Permits business processes in Alexandria, Egypt. During this one year project, SilverKey analyzed all business processes taking place in the governorate, worked closely with the governorates consultants and to design a new business process and develop the new SSBC Information System.
The system covered more than 350 license types, including but not limited to, Personal Licenses, Industrial & Commercial Shop licenses, Advertising Permits, Road Occupation Permits, Entertainment Shops, and Public shops & Hotels. With different activities related to the licences, whether it is a modification, renewal, transfer or cancellation. The system covered all procedures in the new business process, including but not limited to, Application Submission, collecting required documents, different approval from different organizations, a sophisticated fees calculation - formula based - module, inspection, document management, and call center integration.
Egyptian LNG
ELNG is the largest LNG venture in Egypt. SilverKey Technologies implemented an Oracle based learning management system for ELNG 1500 employees. They also rely out our services to maintain their existing Oracle applications.
Grant Thornton Egypt
Grant Thornton Egypt is part of the global Professional Service Firm Grant Thornton Specializing in auditing, management consulting, corporate finance, risk management and information technology. SilverKey implemented their main website consisted of more than 100 well written and designed web pages.
AIESEC US
Considered the world’s largest youth organization, and the second largest NGO worldwide, with a presence in more than 100 counties; AIESEC selected SilverKey from among its competitors to develop their online business and community applications in a project that is 24 months long thus far. The project, called AIESEC NG (Next Generation), combines AIESEC’s business needs with their huge community that increases by 30,000 members on yearly basis.
CIB
The biggest private bank in Egypt, with more than 150 branches distributed all over Egypt. SilverKey has helped CIB build the recruitment/examination application that helped having a streamlined process and an attactive look and feel.

SilverKey helped Microsoft Egypt, the world’s largest software organization, to showcase the capability of Microsoft Silverlight 1.0 technology to their clients; a project that has over-achieved its objectives, on time and budget.
NEC
With more than a 100 employees, and various subcontractors, NEC Systems Integration Corp.(Cairo Branch) serves the biggest mobile operators in Egypt and the region. SilverKey helped NESIC to share the project progress reports and information with its clients and subcontractors. Moreover, SilverKey renovated NESIC's website in order to meet today's web standards.

One of the most respected organizations worldwide, existing in every country in the world, AMCHAM has selected SilverKey to build the online existence of their organization, including but not limited to membership, event management and survey systems in Azerbaijan. SilverKey developed the front end software for the newest entrance to the Search Engine, TayaIT, within the budget and the deadline.
